You may register as either a free agent or an entire team. Free Agency lets players and teams find players depending on the league and the kinds of players they are looking for. Teams looking for extra players may offer players off the free agency and the team who is selected by that player can add them to the roster. Otherwise, you may simply construct the team and add the players as you see fit.
